Do your animals come with stuffing?

Yes, each friend comes with an individual bag of premium, hypo-allergenic stuffing, a wishing star, a birth certificate and assembly instructions.  Birth certificates and assembly instructions can also be downloaded (see below).  If you wish to order the animals without stuffing, please contact us at 512-938-3416 or info@fillafriend.com.

How long will it take to get my order?

We have most items in stock and can ship within 24 hours.  Please allow one week for delivery.  If we are out of stock or have to special order an item, it takes approximately one week longer.  It's best to order at least two weeks before your event, if possible.

Do you have take home boxes?

We do not carry the cardboard boxes anymore, because we found that they were easily damaged during shipping, and collected dust in the kids' closets after the parties.  We suggest buying handled paper bags from a local craft store if you want to have something for the kids to carry their animals home in.  They are cheaper, and can even be decorated during the party if you need another activity.

Do you have items that are not pictured on your website?

Most of what we have in stock is on the website, but there are literally hundreds of items that we can special order.  If you are looking for something in particular, please do not hesitate to call or email and ask!
